I would hope we roll it over. If Bryce proves to be the guy this season, we will go all in over the next few years on big name splash guys. If he isn't, we will draft a QB early and spend it on defense.

This.

Roll it over and continue to build smart. If we're lucky, we're competing for a playoff spot this year. Don't spend on leftovers just to "hope" you get lucky.

Keep being smart, acquire assets, let the young guys play, and hope we're on the "in the hunt" graphic late into this season...that's the real goal.

If all goes well, (and Bryce shows he's legit), you can be more all-in next year. Seems like that's been the plan, which he finally have, and we're sticking to it.

That’s the definition of a one player away fan. We aren’t in the playoffs this year unless Tampa shits the bed and a losing record takes the South so spending our entire cap is bad.

Roll it over so when we are competitive we can sign a couple studs and go for it. A 5-12 team with a lot more than one hole is not that.

I’m not saying spend 20 million of it on a single player or two. I’m saying can we get a little better in some of these other areas instead of wasting time developing people because they are almost free.

Maybe we take a chance at having a $2,000,000 LB in depth instead of a guy on minimum. And same in some of these other spots.

Otherwise it’s going to be like Dalton and the receivers last year where you can’t properly evaluate and develop certain positions because those around them are failing.
