In our last 2 wins the offense had to put over 30 or more points (actually 24 against the Rams since we had a pick 6, but Bryce threw 3 TDs that game with 0 turnovers so I'm not blaming that on him).  I'm not sure that falls on the QB not putting away the other team.  The defense is easily exposed against decent offenses.  Just throw over the middle.

In our 3 recent losses he's helped put up 7, 9 and 17 points.  It works both ways.  Even in the Jets and Packers wins...his hat-hanging GWDs, only 13 and 16 points respectively.

I will acknowledge he's has one really, really nice game and another couple solid ones this season.   Wrapping up year three, it should be better than that though.

We don’t have a single useful TE

No one outside of Charlotte knows wtf Coker is

Legette is useless

If you honestly think this team has weapons then you’re just lying to yourself

He put up 448 yards passing with those poo weapons.

Why cant we do that?

you know why.🤣 our offense is anemic at best. when your gameplan is to limit your own qbs involvement in the gameplan, you are screwed. Attacking the middle of the field requires being able to see over the line. Bryces inability to attack that level of the defense makes it hard to comeback or score quickly. Look at what tyler did to us at the end of the game. Does anyone here think that bryce could make those throws consistently? i dont. he doesnt have the arm strength or vision. he can throw moonballs to the outside and float them to the intermediate area.

Well you just said HE can't put away teams.  I showed you recently it's not just him and you are saying it works both ways.  I agree it works both ways.  We as a team are having trouble putting away teams.

Football is a team sport, but the QB is the engine of the offense.  Granted they can't do it alone, but the offense generally doesn't go far without a good QB. One year of observation is just that.  The second year of the same results is possibly coincidence. The third year of the same results is a pattern/trend.  Should it take a 4th season to disprove the first three years?

If we move on from him my feelings won't be hurt.  I still think we have a ways to go as a complete team in general.  Bryce or not.

I think we are one really damn good offseason and replacing Bryce from being in the playoffs.

It would take a really damn good offseason for us to be a real threat in the playoffs.  Edge is a huge weakness, our TEs are bottom of the league, we need another WR, our C is a FA, ILB has to be upgraded with Roze being gone regardless, FS, possibly NB, I believe Robinson is a FA as well so DL is another need.  These are all needs without even mentioning the whole QB situation plus we have no depth.

Okay and we are this close now without any of that.    I mean, we might not be deep, but as long as we get the starters.

We are .500 right now and hot and cold which is a sign of a young team.  We are in the playoff race because our division is pretty bad.  If these teams get better (Bucs healthy and the Saints aren't as far off as people think) it gets a lot tougher. Even if we get in the playoffs we are a ways away from being competitive there yet IMO.  Of course a lot can change in one offseason and we are trending in the right direction.

I second this get an above average qb on this team as well as they have done in spite of mostly horrific qb play and this is a scary team in the playoffs.  Draft an edge, draft a qb, sign best available fa or trade for mac jones like a 5th, draft best available remainder and this team could be something next year.
