Maxx Crosby is not happy

Regarding Parsons as a comparison, it’s also worth noting that he just went down with an ACL tear and may not even be back to start next year.  That’s the other piece of this in the nfl. Investing heavily in ANY player is a major risk because of the threat of injuries (coupled of course with the salary cap). They literally change the rules of the game to soften that blow for QBs.

That Packers D couldn’t stop anybody yesterday without Parsons. Ravens scored on like their first five drives with a backup QB in Lambeau.

The statistical improvement is fine.  An influx of new players and one Derrick Brown returning from injury has made a huge difference.

The positions they are put in by the scheme is still the same.  Soft zones, no QB pressure, odd personnel decisions, and a frustratingly inconsistent bend but don’t break philosophy, don’t inspire confidence.

As much as I dislike Evarjo the soft zones and bend don't break is a result of having no pass rush....

🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is my point. Dude has a problem with Pete Carroll, one of the all time culture builders. He’s not worth it.

Carroll is likely flipping out decades of rot within that organization and those that are resisting or fleeing are part of the problem.

Well I'm not sure it's all him. Seems to me he did have early problems but has worked hard to get his life right.

"Maxx Crosby's sobriety story began in earnest on March 11, 2020, when he entered rehab for severe alcoholism, a decision spurred by hitting rock bottom with heavy drinking, drugs, and blackouts, leading to a life unmanageable despite NFL success. He found success with Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and sober living, transforming his life, becoming a better father, and now openly shares his journey to help others, emphasizing daily commitment and self-respect in recovery. "

You also have to remeber he's been stuck with one of the worst franchises in the NFL for his entire career so I'm not sure some of that disgruntlement isn't warranted.

Regardless, I am pretty sure he will never be here so it's all moot.
