For as much as some of you are classifying DT as a need, I think it's in the rest of the bucket with everything besides OT. Still, I think that there has to be someone that warrants the pick for us to pick him.

Probably not, but they're still hoping that he grows into a legit starter. It's year three.

The current plan is for him to go into this season wearing the green dot and being on the field for a super high snap count. 

 

The team completely (along with the players) give him credit for the defenses improved play after he took over the green dot.

Well that's nice and all, but he's an awful player. If they're so impressed with him wearing the green dot then make him a coach.

He did green dot in 2024.  
I don’t question he may be a good dude and show some leadership. 

How long does it take someone to learn to find the ball and tackle the guy with the ball? Because that is where he sucks.
