We're not on opposite sides of the deal. I was willing to give him a season to get this figured out and... he hasn't figured it out. 

And the Canes are going into the playoffs with a defensive liability on their hands. And it's not like you can healthy scratch a $7.5M D-man for Legault or Nystrom without telling the world your GM made an expensive mistake. I'd almost rather see Reilly at this point. He's was playing much better filling in when Ghost was down.

Nice. You could still play him, but give them bottom third pair of Minutes and bump boom and ghost back up. The question is if he is shitting the bed so bad in the playoffs does Rod bench him? For the record I’m rooting for Miller to be all world, but my eyes don’t lie to me and the poo I watch out there.

He’s just too much of a liability defensively.  I guess they thought Rod could fix him but he doesn’t seem fixable.

Idk what Miller did to PF69. But, yall gotta stop letting him gaslight yall into mass hysteria.

Every pairing that Miller has played on this season is top 30 in the NHL in CF, CA, Corsi%, GF and xGF. Nearly every national analyst has raved about the move as one of the top offseason additions.

And, while he does turn the puck over, he's not even top 25 for TOs by a dman in the NHL. Not the most on the team (Aho) or even most by a Canes D, that would be his current linemate, Walker.

Thanks for bringing receipts. I appreciate the facts, but they are a stark contrast to what we see on the ice, but maybe, as I've said before, his "aw sh!t" moments just seem to weigh heavier than his "attaboy" moments.
