Judges sides w/ players on lockout insurance

It nothing. The NFL will not change its stance the players are gonna get locked out, the Union busted and come September, October and November when the players are going broke, they will crawl back to the table.

Oh and if the NFL wants, they can appeal Doty's decision to the federal appeals court and most likely get it over ruled.

Win!

How are the owners at fault? The owners may have made the move to opt out, but the move was far less aggressive than people would like you to think. Players opt out of unprofitable contracts in order to negotiate better ones all the time and yet we don't call that going on strike. To me this situation is no different from the contract expiring.

I'm with the owners.

I believe Judge Doty is the same guy who blocked the NFL from suspending the Williams of the Vikings for failing drug tests. He is a liberal judge on the side of the unions. The NFLPA knew how this judge would rule. It would be interesting if the league would appeal this ruling as it is obviously from a partisan judge.

It will be appealed and wil lbe overturned.

They expected this with Doty. He has a history of siding with unions.

I've noticed that every that has sided w/ the owners doesn't think this matters...blind sheep

It definitely matters....if it is not appealed and overturned.

It definitely will be appealed....and has a very high liklihood of being overturned.
