Fist Fight...

I'm a lover not a fighter.

But in high school (I was the new kid), someone start some poo with me once. I gave him one punch to his jaw and he went to the floor. He backed off and didn't want to fight any more. The rest of high school I had a reputation as a guy who would kick your ass if you messed with me. All because of that one punch.

never have gotten in a fight in my life.

I have never been in a "street fight" either. I did martial arts competitions when I was young but that was it......I have broken up my fair share of them but personally have never been a big fan of getting punched in the face even if I get to dish some out.

It's the Internet! Where no one has lost a fight and everyone hooks up with a different super model every night.

well this is about your last fight, not last fight you lost

Last time I got punched out was pretty stupid actually.

I was 8 and my friend (at the time) had a pair of boxing gloves, him being left handed we agreed to play box with only one gloved hand.

I was whooping him so bad with one hand he got pissed and slipped off the glove real sly and popped me in the mouth. I looked like a bloody mess.

I still have a scar on my lip from that one.

DMV 2007

In all seriousness, not since a couple of years out of high school. I would never go looking for trouble but it always found me. So I was more interested in picking up chicks than fighting and normally some dude(s) would want to start something because I'm moving in on a girl.

I would just try to talk my way out as best as I could but if push came to shove there was no way out, I would walk away or scrap.

The last close time was about 2 yrs ago. Dude was in the parking lot of a gas station bumming money for drugs. Younger guy and a little taller than me. I had my kids in the car as I pumped. I made a fatal error of making eye contact with a guy bumming money.

So he gives up on the others and walks towards me, yelling, cussing, very angry.

I had the door barely open, no seatbelt on as I was getting back in the car. My windows were down and one kid was in a car seat.

I simply told the guy to keep walking or I was going to destroy him. He looks sees my kids and goes oh man..you got kids. I'm not gonna mess with ya.

Yeah right dude.

Near the end of my Motocross career I got in a fight with a kid after a race because I was in 3rd place in the final lap. Less than 2 seconds behind the leader. We were lapping this kid. He was normally a good rider, but he went down early and his bike had some sort of problem. Well he decided to get butthurt and block me out in a corner. So, then I went down and ended up finishing 8th. I confronted him at the end of the race in all my 15 year old rage and he hit me good one time in the face. So, I hit him back twice and it was broken up. No clear winner. Haven't been in a fight since.

    • I have said if you out even an average QB into the offense we are averaging 25+ points a game. But that will never happen with Bryce under center.
    • The defense is 28 out of 32 in salary cap allocation for 2025. We have a ton of resources tied up in the offense including the highest paid OL in the league multiple 1st round WR's and multiple recent draft picks across the offense at TE and RB and we have two 1000 yard backs. Bryce and company couldn't get past Tyler Shough and his crew in 2 games. That's all there is to it. You can spin it and put the entire onus on the defense to your heart's desire it doesn't change the fact that this is an OFFENSIVE team now. If you want to argue that we should revert back to a defensive identity as we have been in the past which has brought us success then I will agree with you on that. But as it stands the onus is on the offense because that is where we have invested through the nose. Dave Canales and Bryce Young need to do a hell of a lot better than they have against the rebuilding Saints who without us should only have 2 wins this season.
    • Bryce is not trending up. He is the same QB he has always been. Bottom of the league in most categories.  If Canales thinks he can build a contender with Bryce then he is a bigger idiot then I thought.  Offense next year will have the same issues and be just as inconsistent as it was this year.  We have seen Bryce’a ceiling and it is 175 yards a game and that is not a QB you keep around as your starter. That is barely a backup.
