What is the worst/funniest Panthers memorabilia you have?

Perhaps this doesn't fall into either of these categories, but I think one of these qualifiesfor the "worst" section...

I have a game-worn glove from none other than Rae Carruth, worn during a preseason game vs. the Chiefs in 1997. It is currently in a case along with my other stuff from that game, including my autographed Lamar Lathon jersey (side note: I was the only one he signed for at that game... a pretty cool thing for a then 14 year-old kid) and hat autographed by Lathon, Matt Finkes (who? the only 7th rounder to ever hold out for more money, that's who!), Greg Skrepenak, and (I saved the best for last)... Sam Mills.

I have some autographs of players that are no longer with the team, but I don't consider them bad since those guys are still part of our history as a team. So I guess my worst thing would be the two intact sheets of 2006 Playoff Tickets.

My funniest would probably be the Panthers logo painted on a gourd that I got from "The Gourd Lady". http://www.50sixty70.com/sparky.htm

My worst would have to be the SI from early '05 with Jake and "It's Carolina!" on the cover. I had saved it just in case, but my wife took it and had it framed for my b'day on Jan9. The Seattle game was Jan22. I havent ever hung it, but I cant throw it out. Its that or my Frank Reich jersey...

I dont have one but if anyone bought a david carr jersey. I AM SORRY

I was this close to buying one once Jake went out with the injury. I figured that Carr was going to show that he could be a career QB behind a good offensive line and Smitty at WR. I really thought for the first one or two games that he had the possibility of challenging Delhomme for the job.

....Yea, glad I didn't get that jersey :D whew

I LOVE the Gourd Lady. She lied 2 years ago when she said she was retiring because she was back this year. That's a good thing though.

    • Bryce hasn't done a single thing to prove he deserves to have his option picked up.  I'd have less of an issue with us declining the option and bringing him back as the starter next year than I would have us picking up that option, as that means he's on our cap books for the next 2 years instead of 1, even if he's cut before year 5. Tua threw for 3,500 yards with a 25-8 TD-INT ratio in just 13 starts the year before they picked up his option, and then threw for over 4,600 yards before they gave him his extension. Kyler threw for 3,722, 3,971, and 3,787 in 16, 16, and 14 games (while rushing for 544, 819, and 423 in those seasons) before they picked up his option and then signed him to an extension before year 4. Jones threw for 3,200 yards with a 3-1 TD-INT ratio with another 700 yards and 7 TDs rushing in year 4 before they signed him to his extension. Bryce has thrown for 2,877 and 2,400 yards in 16 and 12 starts his two seasons, while being on pace for 3,128 yards in a 17 game season so far this year. The closest comparison to any of them was Jones, who while he's turned it around this year, is someone I think everyone can agree was not a player who deserved that extension after that season. If people think those other QB's having their options picked up and/or given extensions were a mistake, in what world can you look at what Bryce has done and make any rational argument for him even being brought back as our starter next year, let alone also picking up his option that would cost us about $27 million fully guaranteed.
    • I don't think we would actually play Hooker but hopefully we also just don't see. I don't view Dalton/Bryce as a worse option than Winston/Howell. I just think we disagree on this specific subject is all.
    • I guarantee tepper would fire him if we lost out and he’d be justified
