Hey genius, read my earlier post. I said it's only fair to Clausen to allow him a little more time to develop. Provide him with a more stable organization/HC. He was on a piss poor team LY.

However, I'm not willing to be in an Alex Smith situation with JC.

when he grows a couple inches or learns how to throw over the top i'll give him another chance..he just seems physically unable to play..I'm willing to let him sit on the bench but not if their are other QBs with more hope of succeeding then he has.

I want to see him in the mix next year. See what he can do in practice and camp.

I think another year of deveolpment is exactly what he needs.

Then, if he still does not get it....send him packing.

Carolina is not drafting a QB this year. Please get this idiotic idea out of ur heads. Carolina will sign Billy Volek. They are basically going to install San Diegos offense with Chud here, who else to run it then someone who already knows the system. Jimmy will sit, Pike will sit. Moore will get traded. Carolina will take Dareus or Peterson with the #1 pick or trade down and get a 2nd round pick.

Well, that puts my mind at ease. I'm glad Marty Hurney is a huddle poster and can let us in on what they're doing.

On a less ridiculous note, I find it funny that the Dolphins represent half of the failure 2nd round QBs in the OP.

I think this is one of the last reasons the organization would bypass a QB in the first round. The main reason is that they just probably aren't good enough to pick and pay for the first overall. It's elementary really.
