Now that it's almost certain Cam will be the pick, what are your thoughts?

There are a lot of people that have been spending the entire offseason so far doing nothing but giving us reason after reason why they feel that Cam shouldn't be the pick. How are you guys feeling after this tidal wave of Cam-to-the-Panthers news from the past week? Are you still in denial? Are you angry? Ready to get behind him?

And if you've been pro-Cam for a while, how about you? Are you feeling as optimistic for the future as you have in a long time like I am?

I feel like its the start of something good. I've been calling for cam since day one,While i'm not sure he is a sure fire hall of famer. his tools easily warrent the pick. I see more and more people rallying behind came each day on the huddle. You see people who were against changing there avatar accepting him as we move forward.(except scott who is in denial). Feels good to say we now have a weapon who is a freak of nature to combat the league's others.

It'll be intresting to see what happens when he takes his first snap as we all hold our breath with hope for the future.

    • I had everything saved on an old email address and my computer crashed and could not be revived.  I tried reviving it, then stumbled on one I was going to create several years ago...So I am using it instead.  My fault--did not keep the email and forgot password--
    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
    • I'd 10x rather play the NFC North than NFC West.
