Let's agree to disagree!

Okay guys it's time we agree to disagree when it comes to the #1 overall pick. Let's start projecting the 3rd round(65th) pick, without using any crazy trade scenarios. Just assume your guy is picked with the #1 pick, who do you have us picking with the 65th overall pick.

My choice is Phil Taylor! I'm hearing this guy can go anywhere from the end of the 1st round to as low as the 3rd round, due to off the field issues, so I'm hoping we somehow luck up and have this guy drop to us the same way Clausen did. Bad example, but you get what I'm saying.

Phil Taylor is going to be a 1st round pick. I have him going to the Chargers in my latest mock; but certainly no later than the Jets. And IF he does somehow manage to slip into the 2nd, he won't last long. It's a shame we don't have that 2nd rounder... f**king Armanti Edwards trade.

As for the 3rd round pick... being realistic, my top-5 scenarios are:

1. Ras-I Dowling, CB, Virginia: He seems to be dropping somewhat, but is still a very talented player with good size for a corner.

2. Drake Nevis, DT, LSU: Once considered a 1st round pick, has been passed over for guys like Phil Taylor and Corey Liuget. Would be a great pickup here.

3. Jordan Cameron, TE, USC: I'd REALLY like to be able to nab him with one of our back-to-back picks at the end of the 3rd/beginning of th 4th, but he's created a ton of buzz and we may be lucky to see him fall to us here. TE isn't nearly the need CB & DT are, but he has big time ability and I can see him developing into a beast under Chudzinski.

4. John Moffitt, OG, Wisconsin: It's hard to say if we'll consider taking a guard this early. It'll largely depend on what the new staff thinks of Geoff Schwartz, but Moffitt would be a solid pick at the top of the 3rd round.

5. Lawrence Wilson, OLB, Connecticut: Again, this depends on James Anderson & Thomas Davis' situations, but it's probably safe to say at least one of them won't be back so a surprise type pick here could be an OLB like Wilson.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
