Not taking newton makes huddlers happy?

If the panthers dont take newton would it make some of you guys happy... Because i swear some of you guys come up with everything in the book not to take him. We understand your argurement. Im going to be happy with who ever we pick that can help us win games.

The guys who love Newton will be screaming for him on opening day. By game six, especially if the team isn't doing well, they'll be apoplectic over getting him into the game. That's why I don't want him.

Maybe if we had Jake, the pre-surgery Jake, here and healthy so Newton could watch and learn a year or two I'd feel different, but we don't.

I'll be happy if they don't take him and I'll hope for the best if they do.

I see his upside, I just don't think that he will ever reach it. But, if we draft him, that means that JR, Hurney, RR, etc believe he can reach his potential. And, despite all the criticism that Hurney gets, he has given me little reason to doubt him.

FUG", there is a thread about Manning being a FA, about how soon we draft a replacement for Cam, etc.

no, most of us don't want a fuging quarterback. is yates a qb? yes. therefore, we don't want him at #1.

there are SOME people who PREFER Gabbert and even some who want Gabbert at #1, but the vast majority of "don't want Newton" people do not want a QB at #1.
