I beg to differ. Its helped me many a time when I was sick. PLus you get higher when you are sick.

Fun Fact for the day.

If you have sores developing inside your mouth, its prob mono......see ya in about 4 months

no sores .. just a slightly scratchy throat , runny nose and extremely high fever , earlier i was out in the sun and its 95 degrees here with the uber high temperature and i had the chills .. and i get the feeling close to my lungs .. im not a doc either but that sounds like something not good xD

Take some ibuprofen. That will help stabilize your body temp.

DRINK FLUIDS. Gatorade is good when you have chills/sweats. Tea is good too.

AND FFS, get a new doctor. Whomever sent you home with that high of a fever needs to have their medical license reviewed or revoked. They hospitalize people with 104+ fevers.

I agree .. I was baffled by that myself .. and then the nurse who drew my blood looked like it was her first time doing it , I eventually got impatient and said my vein is right here mam I need my meds .. I'm never like that but the amount of stupid that is in Valdosta Georgia i swear .. I'm glad they are titletown usa and so good at football because they have 0 else going for them.

That sounds like what I had up until the other day. I couldn't move for like 4 days.

But, they determined I had tonsilitis & a major bacterial infection...had over a 103 for 3 days straight

Liquids, ice, layers, take them antibiotics & steroids ;)
