Bobcats Rd 1, #9 pick Kemba Walker

I hope we don't trade DJ. Nothing wrong with depth guys.

That's what I'm hoping. I really like DJ. He's developed pretty well here.

Diaw should go though, I just don't know how we could package him.

Kemba

Henderson

Thomas

Bismack

Cunningham

Livingston

Maggette is a solid vet

Good, athletic, & young starting point. We though have plenty of room to grow...Interesting group to say the least

Watched very little of the tourney and know next to nothing about the guy other than I've heard his name a lot.

He plays hard, fast, and has great awareness. My issue is that he can occasionally go on dry spells but he always seems to play at 110%

He got traded with Jack and Bismack is a PF not a center.

    • Right and I think we can have a conversation about that. But even with the scheme he should still be able to muster more than 1.5 sacks right? I mean DJ Johnson played in Evero's scheme too but that didn't stop us from calling him a bust. Scourton didn't seem to have trouble flashing. There can be different things true at one time.
    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
