Get your wife to bake this for you or bake it yourself.

Swiss Chocolate cake

1 (18.25 ounce) package dark chocolate cake mix

1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup sour cream

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1/2 cup warm water

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mix, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a 3 well greased & floured cake pans.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hour and a half before inverting onto a plate.

Frosting:

8 ounces Cream Cheese softened

1 cup Granulated Sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

16 ounces Cool Whip

1 bag of mini chocolate chips

1. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

2. Add powdered sugar and beat well.

3. Add the cool whip and chocolate chips mix well.

4. Frost cooled Cake and keep refrigerated.
