Not mad, I just wish u people would keep up... It's not even hard yet.

I can't wait to read 1 million threads about the same person signing for a specific team and it be posted a whole week after they already signed...

It's gonna be hard enough to keep track of players and signings as it is...

This should be a place to get it all at once.... Instead this will probably be the last place I check because of all the jack assery that goes on. Thisis supposed to be a Panthers site, a football site... While I enjoy the lounge, and the box, I come here for football/panther related info

One would think that this should be a one stop shop for the most up to date news with a lot of great posters... And from what I've seen, there are plenty if GREAT posters... It's the ones like you that make this place almost unbearable at times though...

I mean u posted a false story.... The author even knows he's full of shyit... And at that it's over a week old and the source... Cam Newton has dispelled these rumors on ESPN himself..

News travels slow to mexico. Sorry man. It will never happen again. I'll try to be everywhere in the internet from now on and know about eveyrything when it happens as it happens, just so you won't get peeved. ok? =D

This is exactly my point... WE all have FAILED you bro... You should be able to get on here at any time and know EXACTLY what's going on with at least the Panthers at a minimum....

I know exactly how it feels to be somewhere with no cable and often times Internet... It sucks. I wish I knew about this site 3 or 4 years ago... Unfortunately I didn't. It's all if our jobs as fans and members if this site to keep one another informed for exactly the reason that you can't stay informed as well.

I apologize for coming off as or being a prick to you. I think we can all do better to keep u informed.

All jokes aside, no biggie man. I'll try to get more informed before posting. To be honest this site, CBS, ESPN, an inferior site, Yahoo, the panthers official website. Would be how I get my up to date news. I don't have cable and the only sports news I get here are either Soccer highlights and maybe tid bits here and there about the NFL or the Arizona Cardinals. I'm not a cardinals fan so getting News about the panthers is scarce. thanks for looking out.

      Can we get to 9-8?

      A winning record would be nice, but I still have us winning around the 6 to 8 game mark. Realistically we should beat the Jets and Saints, that gets us to 5 wins. After that, we have to face a lot of potential play off teams and our divisional opponents. I think we’ll win 1 or 2 of those games to take us to 6 or 7 wins, perhaps 8 wins if we can spring a further surprise.  Is that enough progress for head coach and QB? I’m not sure, it will depend on performances and output. That said, it’s nice to be back in a position where we are thinking about the play offs.

      I would tend to agree about not falling into the trap and paying a below average QB, but sometimes situations can “force” a team to pay that QB. For example, if we play ourselves into a 9-8 like record, then what options will we have in the draft? Or do we avoid the draft and trade for or sign someone in free agency?  I’m not convinced by the 2026 QB draft class. There’s some intriguing prospects but no one that really screams “draft me”. I’m not sure we’ve got anyone really that stands out as a trade candidate or free agent signing. So although we might not want to commit a big money contract to Young, him playing well and showing progress might force the team’s hand.

      Realistically we would be looking at no more than a mid round pick for Dowdle or Chuba. Are we really that desperate for a mid round pick? Not really. I would much prefer us utilise the two RBs in a 1-2 punch similar to how we used D-Will and Stewart. After all, Bryce is not Drew Brees. He won’t throw for 300+ yards and carry the team consistently as a passer. So having a strong running game with a 1-2 punch will be beneficial to him, and it will also be beneficial to the RBs because we can spell them and not overwork them.
