I am not talking about us talking with other players.. I am talking about the Panthers organization not revealing our plans to other teams. I think you misunderstood the coversation.

I think teams do have somewhat of an understanding of what other teams are planning.

And I said months ago Moore would be gone. He's doesn't want to go down with this sinking ship.

Do you have a point yet?

actually you don't need a source, Moore has been pretty clear he wants to part of the Panthers plan (or as you put it, go down w/ this ship).

He's being a professional, something he's always been.

He's thankful for the opportunity here, loves the city, but knows he will not get a fair shot here.

If he cannot find a chance to start elsewhere, this will be his first choice as a backup because he has some roots here now and that is important to him.

I think it's easy to assess needs of each team, but I don't think Hurney is burning the phone lines with Eagles letting them know we are interested in Barry Cofield. It just does not make any sense for to do that. I understand the Hurney has friends around the league, but during the draft and FA, those friendsships get put on the backburner.

No skin off my back.

Eh man, as far as I've seen, youre just some dude that came in and derailed the thread by being the "bullchit police". What did you stand to gain by making the statement? How about the rest of us? We can guess for ourselves if its bs or not.

Now we've got comments goin back and forth for what? Just let people be fans, man.

Matt Moore's best opportunity to start anywhere in this league next season will be in Charlotte. Matt Moore knows this.

I'm surprised free agency is relatively dead right now. You can get agreements in principle right now but you can't sign them until Friday. Go get your agreements Hurney! The league quite possibly might be really stupid right now because of the inactivity among the free agent front.

    • See that's the thing what I saw in game 2 was so embarrassing id rather they could just forfeit
    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so from the mind of a rational observer.
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now.
