    • He didn’t disappoint in the first round. In fact if you had bothered to look at the chart I posted he was the #1 goalie in goals saved above expected for the first round. Not a predictor of the future but at least give the man a little credit bro.
    • If XL has 1,000 yards and 10 TDs, then Thielen missed a lot of games and T-Mac either also did or he was more of a bust than XL was as a rookie last year. There's no logical path to him putting up those kind of numbers as our 3rd receiving option unless that happens.  XL can have an outstanding season for us but still not be a good player on fantasy rosters, as it's a big difference between us trying to have him as our #1 WR last year vs #3 this year.   Which is why I was looking at a possible 50/600/5 type of stat line, as if he does that while cutting down on his drops, while it will be a similar stat line as his rookie year, it will still be an improvement on his play and a good sign for his chances as our future #2 next to T-Mac. I'm in a 12 person league with 2 flex spots and a deep bench, usually will see around 60-65 WRs drafted, and I'd be genuinely surprised to see XL get taken this season. In fact, I could see a scenario where Coker is a more valuable fantasy player than XL this season, even in the event that XL has an improved season.  As I think XL is going to have that type of season where he has huge ups and downs from a box score perspective, where as Coker could be a more steady 3-4 catch for 30-40 yards every week type of season and would be a higher floor if you need a spot start at WR (at least in a PPR).
