Just bought tickets to the AZ game

Me and fellow Huddler DFive just bought our tickets to the Panther game in Arizona. Including our significant others, that's going to be 4 of us ready to cheer on the Panthers and fight the good fight.

I'm highly interested in organizing a west coast chapter for Huddle Tailgaits, so if any fellow Huddlers are going to be attending, PM me or tweeter me @vajayjayflip and let's get this thing rolling. I remember a few Arizona based Panther fans asking about attendance a month or so ago... Please hit me up and we can exchange info, cuz I'm sure you all (or y'all) know more about tailgating in Pheonix than I do.

I'm very excited for this (it's not too often the Panthers come to this part of the country) and we're going to rep the huddle right!

Pantha-San, I hope to see you there buddy!

Pull up the thread I made about going to the AZ game. Lots of guys on that one. PM me Jayflip I'll be there. Fair warning though. I don't take poo from hostile home crowds. So if some AZ guys walk by and do the typical "fug the panthers!" and you are near me you may be guilty by association. :D

We will be there.

Yes, we need to get together and tailgate. Usually they do that on the big lawn across from the stadium but it was a hassle getting everything back to the car before the game when you are drunk, lol.

Monsta, I got your back but I am not willing to get caught by the police, lol. Run fast and keep a spare shirt handy.

What about where you are staying? If we can get the same place or close, that would be fun too.

    • I’ve rarely ever been more sure of anything than losing out — but how can anyone say with a straight face “Bryce hasn’t improved, but Canales has and he’s masks his flaws”. You have to be so out of touch with reality to put one way above the other when discussing those two.
    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
