The following will be inactive for Saturday night’s game in Carolina: DB Joe Burnett (hamstring), WR Sam Giguere (groin), TE Travis Beckum (hamstring), LB Clint Sintim (knee), C Jim Cordle (knee), DB Brian Jackson (back) and DE Osi Umenyiora (knee).

The Giants have announced their offensive starters: WR Hakeem Nicks, WR Mario Manningham LT Will Beatty, LG David Diehl, C David Baas, RG Chris Snee, RT Kareem McKenzie, QB Eli Manning, FB Bear Pascoe and RB Ahmad Bradshaw.

The Giants have announced their defensive starters: LE Justin Tuck, LDT Linval Joseph, RDT Chris Canty, RE Jason Pierre-Paul, MLB Jonathan Goff, WLB Michael Boley, SLB Mathias Kiwanuka, LCB Corey Webster, RCB Terrell Thomas, SS Kenny Phillips and FS Antrel Rolle.
