The Huddle is not ready.

I'll leave it up to this coaching staff to do what is right. I just hope they don't listen to the fans whom are demanding Cam start and instead do what is best for Cam's development.

I love how John FOx in Denver has ignored the cries for The Golden Calf of Bristol to start in Denver because the fact is, The Golden Calf of Bristol isn't ready. I know Cam was a #1 pick and The Golden Calf of Bristol was considered a stretch when picked in the 1st round, but there is no shame in letting a ROOKIE qb sit for a bit and study the game, and I hope Rivera ignores any demands to throw Cam in too early.

I just wish we had signed a valid veteran QB to come in for Cam. Fact is, Cam isn't getting Sam Bradford type of money so there is no reason to throw him to the wolves. His cost isn't much, especially considered he was a top pick. We can afford to wait as he takes shape.

Every thread here basically says the same sh it over and over again... Is this one gonna be 50 pages of TRD vs the huggers with a side of TaRD huggers giving each other pie for saying the same sh it? There are some good posters here but they're downed out by trolls and whiny a ss "the sky is falling" bi tches. This place has become a joke.

TRD has been preaching hate on cam for months and nothing realistic or fact driven. He is a blind hater. Having said that very good post op, people need to be realistic.

The haters of cam will try to twist it into to some sort of preseason predicition they were accurate with but in reality were just hating and are trying to save face.

Troll b gone.

    • The difference is about how much player input is allowed and encouraged in the decision making process. Top down teams tend to dictate to players how everything is handled. Disagreements are handled by the coach and players are expected to do what they are told regardless of what they think or feel.  Players are perceived as commodities to be used until we find better. In player led teams player input is encouraged and valued. Players and especially leaders are expected to settle their own disagreements and be accountable to the team but mostly to each other. Players are family to be appreciated and supported in their growth. Is the reality of football the same in both? Yeah there are limited positions, football is a business and winning is the bottom line. Coaches get final say and run the program because that is their job. But in player led teams they feel valued, appreciated, part of a larger whole. Most people who have worked at multiple jobs know exactly what I am talking about. When players try to run the show and don't value  coach input that isn't a player led team, that is a circus which we surely are familiar with in our past.
    • For our pics and trades tonight and tmrw.  Remember, Aho was a 2nd rounder and Slavin was a 4th rounder.
    • Seems to be the consensus from the talking heads. I really wish we had double dipped at center in the 2nd round. Sion will never play in the league.
