Hey dude, I'm just saying...no one can mention anything negative without gettopuppy or whatever his name is or a few other going off the deep end but he has one good series and....

BTW, I drafted him as my second QB behind Big Ben in my fantasy league, I am not now nor have I ever been a hater, just a realist. So no, I don't dislike Cam at all, he still isn't ready and Anderson looks sooooo much better, from what we've seen, than any other QB on the roster. Anderson should be starting, as I have said in multiple threads before now.

Now if we could only get the NFL to start 3rd stringers all year.........SUPERBOWL!11!!!!!1!!!

Its a conspiracy. He's really our best QB, Ron Rivera is conspiring against him. Richardson should fire Rivera! :lol:

making jokes don't change the fact that Cam is an incomplete NFL QB at this point in his career. I'm sure he will put in the work to make it, like he has so far so I have a glimmer of hope for the panthers. however to think one drive against steeler in a meaningless game means he is greatest ever is the real joke.

All I know is that I feel like Cam can take it to the house running or throwing every play, and ive never thought that about any other Panthers QB....hell any other QB period other than Vick.

God help the rest of the league if / when Cam refines his passing a little.

Never said he was the greatest ever, just said he's our "guy" (starting QB) and the face people see when they think Carolina Panthers.

      I agree.  I don’t think I have ever been accused of being a Howell fan. No more than fan of some other random QB.   But I watched and I saw. He has some talent. Maybe I didn’t watch close enough to see his weaknesses.

      He is a pit bull when it comes to that.  And after he missed out last year on Williams, it seems he is trying a different approach, looks like. Don’t hold back. No half measures, because someone will come and full measure your ass. Close the deal. He left a little opening for The Patriots last year.  He closed so far this year. Of what we know about.

      They have been doing the mercenary one year RB now for a little while. Foreman..  It works pretty well. You can find ball carriers. The passing game trips a lot of those guys up. Pass blocking, route running, they have a lot to know.    Rico wasn’t a great pass blocker but he got in the way most of the time. He is a really good pass catcher.     He’s tough. Needs to find out why he was cramping late in the games. If he can fix that maybe can step up even more. Wish him luck. I think he’ll do well.    If Brooks can be something, what a bonus that would be at this point.  I really believe they went for him because of his extra layer with being a good receiver. And we need more of that with what we are working with trying to move the ball.
