Hangartner to start at RG

Geoff has been a pretty bad center the past few years, he was fourth in most pressures given up per snap. Hopefully the switch to guard will help.

2009 - Hangartner was already gone. Vincent was right guard most of the year, then Gross and Otah both went out, making it Wharton-Bernadeau-Kalil-Vincent-Schwartz.

But the line was together at the end of 2008.....when we rushed for nearly 200 yards a game during a 3 game stretch to end the season.

Schwartz wouldve been a pretty good guard this year. Hopefully he fully recovers.

Our old fullback, Mr. Hoover, had a lot to do with those RBs success...not very much with out him.

It will definitely be interesting to see how our running game goes with a full back not leading the way for most of the runs.

Good news. This is the best I felt about the line in 2+ years. Couldn't of come at a better going into our first game with a rookie qb.

Don't be surprised if you see Hartsock in at FB. I've heard this mentioned but I do believe he would make a great lead blocker.

Surprised we aren't starting Max JG. He looked really good against our d-line in the Cinci game.

On the other hand, every opposing o-lineman looked good against our d-line this preseason.
