Godfrey out w/ concussion?

Can someone explain to me how he suffered this concussion and then came back in and finished the game, but now has to sit out the next?

Wouldn't our training staff get in trouble for this?

b/c players aren't always aware they have one until later on.....the only way a training staff knows a player has one is if a players tells them they are having the symptoms of one. Otah and Godfrey kept playing b/c they didn't feel the effects of it until the follow day or after the game.
