I had stayed until around the two minute warning in the 2nd quarter, and couldn't take it I was drenched, watched the rest until halftime from the tunnel. And went to wait in the long line for the ponchos.

Here's to you Mr. watch from the tunnel guy. Some fans retreat to the TV's out in the vendor area, but you persevere watching from the uncomfortable confines of a tunnel. You are an inspiration to us all.

Stayed out in the rain until the half - I'll probably pay for it as I was getting over a cold; but MAN was it cool to see so many of our fans come back after half. Last year if it rained like that most would have gone home. OK, off to bed now.

I feel your pain. I too am trying to get over a head cold and right now am paying for getting wet. Stopped-up so bad right now that i can't breath.

Brought my ponchos but like a dumby left them in the car. Stayed in my seat as long as possible but had to retreat to the tunnel until it slacked off. I'm not ashamed cause it was doing some serious raining!

BTW, buying a poncho wasn't as easy as one would think. Not like they had them at every kiosk and I heard someone say that the few places to buy them were sold out.

Yeah I had brought my rain jacket and Camera(thankfully I have a phone) left it in the car like a dumbass.

oh please half the stadium was empty by the 4th quarter.

Of course it's going to turn into one of those things like woodstock where ten years from now everyone that bailed for their car will brag about how they sat through the rain rocking out to Darude and saw Cam Newton's first win in person.
