Post game interview Rivera and Cam

It's hard to be passionate when execution on both sides of the ball is inconsistent. Plus, he realizes where we are as a team better than any of us. Quit pinning it all on Rivera. Jesus. He's shown fire this season. He's been passionate. If you were at TC at all this past summer, you would know. Dude will get in your face in a heartbeat.

One thing we DIDN'T see this week was McDermott going nuts on the sideline. THAT worries me. Every week he has gone nuts over there, our defense does great. Maybe the camera just didn't show him as much as when we are at home, but I didn't notice it this week.

Bitching about your coach 6 weeks into his first head job is retarded. By the way, Belichick went 6-10 his first year as a head coach. Then he had back-to-back 7-9 seasons before going 11-5, losing in the first round of the playoffs, then going 5-11. That is his entire career at Cleveland. He hasn't ALWAYS been a winning head coach.

I don't care what anyone says, when your defense sucks that bad it gets to you mentally. That's a lot of burden to carry knowing in order for you to win you have to score on virtually every f*cking drive.

It's starting to get to him and I don't blame him... Maybe Hurney will get it through his f*cking head that we need help defensively and he'll make a move before the trade deadline. It is so demoralizing to be the the only reason your team is in games and have your effort wasted each week.

If the coaches and front office care about the team, they'd also stop putting Cam in positions to fail and give him help on the otherside of the ball.

I understand how you feel and were you coming from, I really do. But nobody isn't going to just give up a DT. I dont care how good or average he is. The most we can hope for is a Marcus Stroud or Pat Williams. I rather see the rookies play and see do we need to keep them for next year.

It's basically this, we are stuck into this team as a whole and defense grow up. These guys got to learn how to penetrate and get off blocks. Into then we are going to get 120+ a game into we commit and get physical.

At the rate that u guys are going...U would have burnt out Cam so much that Clausen would be stepping in by mid-term...I hope not but, how much more can this kid do?

IMO, he just seem as if he's forcing those balls now for tds. It seems the other receivers are quicker at getting to his balls than the receivers for the Panthers.

I'm not saying there is one guy that will solve all of it, but Williams would still be suspended even if we signed him (I think) and Stroud had a shoulder injury, which is never good for linemen long-term...

But, a Tank Tyler or Louis Leonard type move would help at this point.

I'm not saying to do it because we have a chance to make a run at the wild card, we just need to do it to keep this team from falling apart and give us a chance to just win a game.

Also, I don't care what anyone says, we should've made a move for a guy like Curry. It's not about any big success this year, but we can't let the offense's efforts go to waste and they have to do something ASAP.

This is wrong. Williams was allowed to serve his suspension while unemployed. He has to give up two game checks still, but he is available to play immediately.

Though Pat Williams, 38, was suspended two games as a result of the 2008 StarCaps controversy, he was permitted to serve the suspension while unemployed. Though he’d still owe the league two game checks, he can sign with any team at any time.

I have a feeling if any head coach in the NFL can turn a defense around after a season it would be ron rivera... oh and whats this? we need our defense turned around. You guys really need to stop acting like little girls. I can only imagine how all of you will be if were 4-5 after the titans game crying about how we still have a shot at the playoffs.
