The only other things near Elon are Gboro, the Red Oak Brewery, and Chapel Hill/Raleigh

It's completely artificial, but hey. Who am I to judge coming from an undergrad who's campus was built in 1770.

And none of those blurbs have anything to do with real education. Save me your "international" bs or your social sciences tripe.

International Business Major right here, minored in Spanish....I went to the school based on their study abroad program....

and you're right, you are not one to judge.

If "real" education in your mind exists solely for your career, then you have a pretty fuged up view of what education is.

For international business, you should've gone to South Carolina.

And the view that your major was a farce isn't fuged up, it's fact. It's science and you can't argue it. That'd be dumb and a waste of our time.

My dad and sister both went to South Carolina and I actually was very close to going there.

Problem is, Elon's Study Abroad program is wayyyy better than SCs and you can actually design your own Study Abroad customized to your major. So, that was why I made that choice.

I love how you say its a farce, like all the knowledge I acquired in college compared to yours makes some sort of huge difference. I wouldn't be able to get your job with my degree and there is no way in hell you could do my job with yours, so I'd say its pretty even. Funny how it works out like that and people go to school for what they want to do in life, weird.
