Why do the Panthers never have oxygen available to the players on the sideline?

Other teams offer it to big d-linemen late in the game, or to someone that just had a long run, but I have never seen it on the Carolina sideline. Why? Is it for medical reasons or philosophical reasons that they shun it's use?
