Matt Moore leads Dolphins to second straight win

Yeah, tough turnover early in the game that put the Redskins in great position but the Dolphins D stepped up and held the Redskins to 3. Moore was accurate and made plays on third down. No touchdown passes but thanks to help from his back Reggie Bush he didn't need any. Bush was great in the redzone.

Also a gutty performance by Brandon Marshall. A lot of castaways on the Dolphins showing they can play.

Moore was great today. Bush got them in the end zone but Moore kept drives going.

Hope he can really solidify his hold on this job. Keep winning and at very least he'll end up competing in camp next year.

Some big games coming up. Hope Matt keeps playing well!

    • Most elite WRs aren't necessarily burners. Not a lot of elite WRs in the modern era were 4.3 guys. If anything, sometimes it seems like the super fast guys use their speed as a crutch and it hampers their development in the intricacies of route running.

    • I hope you are right.   Fwiw, I sometimes think that when assessing WR's, fans and occasionally coaching staffs/scouts, get caught up to much in speed.  Speed is great and certainly helps.  But everyone involved in the passing game is fast.  With a guy like Thielen, and hopefully Tet, they only need a couple of feet to be considered open.
