way cheaper/younger without seeing a noticeable drop in play when he's in

I could see them letting Connor go if he thinks he deserves a starting job and contract. Only way he has a shot at starting for us is if we switch to a 3-4, which I don't see happening. I think they'll keep Phillips and Williams for ST and LB emergencies like this year. Senn could be at least our top backup OLB and ST star. Kearse could be starting for us next year...The trio of him, Neblett and Shirley has REALLY improved our run D.
