With your porn searching expertise, you've proven beyond any doubt you can use a fancy typing machine and the intertubes of INTERNET.

I can use The Google too!

as said, you need to take care of you first....the bad part is, they'll take it personally I'm sure and you'll stand very little chance of ever being re-hired there!

I have a feeling they will being that Im not reporting it to a fellow employee(manager) but the owner. Im also betting the only reason they wouldnt tell me to hit the road immediately is because of the projects coming up that they have committed to do.

Its not a F-500 company so I'm not worried about that..

Just ready to get the papers signed so I can put in my notice.

I know everyone thinks they are irreplaceable, but in my case they are going to be stuck until they find someone with my sweet skillz.

99% of the time people who think they are crucial to the business really aren't and things continue on just fine.

that's only if you weren't the one making sure that everything stayed together

Some people can't work unless they have the motivation. How they aren't fired before hand....I couldn't tell ya

Then I guess im the 1%. They more or less just pimp my knowledge of software when I do consulting. The business will be fine but my division is shot for a while. It would have been in their best interest to have more than one person with my knowledge imo. But that would have meant increasing payroll, if youre an owner of a small business you probably fight this battle constantly.
