I was amazed...The team did Ward no favors....cant have a 2 to 1 shot disadvantage and expect to win. Detroit was not going to let a little 3 goal deficit stop them. They threw everything including the kitchen sink at Wardo.

On a positive note, Staal is playing like he shouldve been all year.

5 goals on 50 shots, geez. I've said it all year, this team doesn't have a defense and doesn't play team defense. It's a major issue with the forward lines and the defensive pairings and it's pathetic.

We need upgrades over Spacek, Pitkanen, and Harrison. Possibly McBain. Defense needs an overhaul.
