No, pretty sure it is an Admin that is to blame. Offseason means everything NFL. In August it will change back to only Panthers.

Still don't know what the big deal is.

Um, I've moderated boards before and the section I had, was my responsibility. I'm not sure how this nut house is ran but mods should have the power to move threads to appropriate sections. That's what delegation is for. So the Admin doesn't have to do EVERYTHING himself.

This off season hasn't be as slow as some may think, In the past month there have been plenty of Panther related stories, in the past week a lot more than last year.
