Don't get too excited, most (all) will not see this. It's public access TV on campus at UNCP. However, it is exciting. Basically, the show will be a talk show discussing NC Amendment One and equality. I basically got overheard in a conversation on it by a professor here who actually wanted to do a show about it. Now, I'm leading the thing and I am in charge of basically everything involving casting for the panel, topics, and show graphics (oooh yeaaaah).

The reason I am putting this here is to 1) gloat and 2) to see if there is anybody within driving distance who would like to do it? 3:30 to 5 PM tomorrow (cast call at 3:30, filming from 4 to 4:45, and if you want a copy of the show, plan to stay until 5 or so).

Also, if anybody wants me to upload this to youtube so you bastards can see it, say so. If I get enough people wanting to hear my pointless opinion on the matter (or just look at my sexy face), then I may upload it.

I'm going to do a commercial about my store when I get it open. If you're around Charlotte this Summer, let me know. Doesn't pay anything other than food and drink.

If this is about Propostion 1, wouldn't this be a better intro song. (Unless you are for it, I guess.)

Good song choices. Not really worried about the SAG deal, as I'm a PE major who is just very active in poo like this and I love debate.

As far as your commercial, I live in Cleveland County. So, yes, I will be near Charlotte this summer. If drinks and food are payment, I am so down.

It went well. Unfortunately, the host didn't prepare the questions well, and so the stuff I wanted to say wasn't too easy to work in. There are times when I fuged up simply because she didn't ask anything I thought she was going to ask and I was having to wing it.

      Nothing wrong with it at all until you start telling others they are bad fans or not fans. But you are the good fan because you never say negative stuff about the team.    I did many years of that type of uninformed fanning because there really was no info and coverage like there is with the internet.    I mean, I used to go to the store and get Street and Smith’s annual football issue. That was about the extent of what you could get if you didn’t live in a big city with sportswriters covering and reporting.  There was no video to look at or replay the games and if you didn’t live in the market you could only rarely see your football team play.    TI have fanned since being a kid in the early 1960s, and as late as 1995 - ‘97 I lived in Atlanta and good luck getting more than 3 or 4 games a year on TV. No radio either. No print coverage outside of an AP recap and box unless they played Atlanta.  People today that have always had the network connection don’t know.    I wasn’t very educated about the Panthers until I finally got internet.
