is it just me or does Chick-fil-a seem to be the only fast food operation that consistantly employs attractive hotties? Seriously, go into a Chick-fila....and then a Wendy's. It isn't a subtle difference.

and yes the job market in Brunswick county is the worst- I think the paper said over 13% unemployment here, and thats just people who havent given up looking.

My wife does the same sort of thing floppin, so luckily we have been able to scrape by. No shame in making tacos, i heard the pay was actually decent.

Thats because Chick FIla is pretty blunt about discrimination with their hiring practices.

are they? i worked there for years and never saw any discrimination. i worked with blacks whites asians latinos gays straights you name it.

individual operators appoint general managers who do the hiring, so it really probably depends on who the general manager is. i worked at one where a little toolbag whose dad owned the store was in charge of hiring, so he would go do interviews and only hire attractive teenagers.
