I finished Gamma the day before I left for the beach.  It coincided with the holiday perfectly.  I'm starting the set over again with Alpha, and I did the Cardio disc today, and I'll probably add variations to increase the intensity since it is the beginner part.

Good luck with Gamma.  Speed 3.0 is a KILLER.  And I don't know how anyone can get through the pyramid push ups.

Nice! Good job.

I typically do two T25s when I do T25 workouts, I'm curious to see if I'm able to handle it now that I'm doing some Gamma workouts.

Good luck! :)

Right Now this is my schedule:

Sunday-T25 cardio (choice), T25 Extreme Circuit

Monday-T25 Rip't Up, T25 (core choice) and leg lifts and squats

Tuesday-T25 Gamma (choice) and yoga

Wednesday- Insanity Max Cardio Conditioining

Thursday- P90X Legs and Back

Friday- Insanity Max Plyo

Saturday-T25 Upper focus, T25 lower focus, and leg lifts

Just finished The Pyramid.  Are those the ones you're talking about? Because  I NAILED IT! :) The ab sequence after the push ups burned like a mother fuger though. I want to try Speed 3.0 soon, might have to move a few things around.Speed workouts kill me and make my feet hurt.

Yes! You will get the ab sequence down, no worries. I do the pyramid abs every other day now. The push ups kill me. Good to know someone out there can get through that. Based off your current fitness level, you will probably conquer Gamma soon enough. But, man, those push ups and the shoulder work overall is something serious. Can't wait to hear how you like Speed 3.0.

Did chest yesterday and was all psyched up ready to hit it hard and I tweaked my (non repaired) right shoulder 3rd set in...  argh.

Rest of the workout was a complete letdown.

I blame Jase.

Ugh I'm sorry, no fun. Hope you can get back to it soon.

I will bench extra weight tonight as punishment.

Wish I could do that, I'm a morning person but I have the hardest time waking up and working out.

I'm the worst morning person ever.. after the first few days it gets easier though. So much better to not have to wait till 8 or 9 to let the crowd die down and not end up going... waking up at 5 does suck pretty hard though!

I don't have a problem getting up it's just that my body is really stiff in the mornings and it takes a while to get hydrated.  I've heard that your more likely to get injured in the mornings due to this.

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
