Did legs today.  Had a terrible weekend food wise.  Not any fried foods; just really good foods that have a lot of fat [meat, heavy cream, desserts, booze].  I've really been focusing on my legs as of late.  I can't do more than 2 times a week simply because they don't recover that fast and I would be constantly stressing them when they're not at full strength.  I used to hate doing them, though.  I love it now.  Gives me something to do besides upper body, I've built a little strength in my lower body so I can actually do heavier weights effectively, and it's a SUPER fat burner, to boot.  I'm up to 164 as of yesterday [try to only weigh myself once a week].  Initial weight was 190, and I cut it down to 152, and have now gained 12 pounds of leaner muscle [not as lean as I want].  Anyway, haven't posted in a while, so thought I would share.  Keep it up, guys and gals.

Man... it's absolute pain in the ass to lose a beer belly.  I consider myself in pretty good shape but I have a beer belly and I'm struggling to lose it... probably because I drink wine and beer.  I cut down on my alcohol intake to weekends but beer belly is not going away.  Any recommendation?

I do run 5k 2-3 times a week and go to gym lifting weights 2-3 times a week usually for 2 hours each time.

Plyometrics. 30 secs of intense cardio then 30secs rest for 30 mins. Do that 3x a week. Oh and 2hrs lifting might have diminished returns at this stage.

Woke up @ 4. Did laundry, cleaned house, did an Insanity workout and leg lifts. Morning workouts are great but I can't just wake up and do them I have to be up for a little while.

I do this on weekends... I get mad headache close to evening for some reason.

    • I mean, I think you're being a little hyperbolic with the last statement, but point taken.
    • Pass rush was the biggest issue in tonight’s game, and we were tied for 28th in sacks this season. That is a major area of need that has to get addressed this offseason. I just don’t see a path where there’s a game changing QB you can bring in with where we are drafting and quality of veterans that will be available. We certainly can do better than Dalton as a backup, and should ideally have a developmental guy  (perhaps a day 3 pick this year). We have bryce for one more year on a reasonable contract and then I think 2027 is the year that you reset that position (unless he massively improves).
    • Agreed, honestly basically bringing this group back as a healthy unit would be alright.  Brady Christensen should be resigned to a very reasonable deal with him recovering from the Achilles.  Atleast we're alright at 4 of our 5 spots with Lewis, Mays, Hunt, and Moton, Nijman was decent.  While if we can snag a deal on someone, take a stab, however our resources need to go to Linebacker, Pass Rush and a real option outside Tmac (coker is amazing, but if we can get someone who isnt braindead opposite Tmac, we can fully unleash Coker AND Tmacs full potential, cant move him into the slot if racoon boy is out there licking doorknobs).
