Ha people are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too fat to do 25 chin-ups these days.

Hell I'm nearly underweight and doing 25 is not easy for me.

doing 25 pull ups is like 8000 times harder than push ups.

toast and light a cigar with a single match!

provide a better life for his children than he had.

did 20 pull ups a few weeks ago. VERY tough to do no lie.

    • 100%. He's a serviceable starter but not a shut down CB by any means. Not too bad for $5.25M /year.
    • Crap on a cracker! I didn't see that from the original video. That's nasty.
    • It is like he just can’t be bothered with that stuff.    But seriously, rebuilding your entire physical operating procedure is so difficult that very few can do it. You have to get it in you so deep that you don’t think about it. Most people fall back to their comfort zone at the biggest moments. Because it worked for them up until ‘now’ and they don’t have to think about it.  You would think people would know this but here we are.  His so obviously wack unorthodox mechanics screamed to me that a rebuild would be necessary and that the single biggest reason I was so opposed to taking him.  It plays out all the time. He is in and out of what Canales tried to train him to do. That’s what the emphasis on 1 2 3 plant throw was about last offseason, as much as it was about getting the ball out quicker. But it is all connected.  You just can’t get the ball out that fast with his old routine, slows you down.
