The frightening footage, taken at the Kiddie City Child Care Center in Vicksburg, shows the bully attacking the baby and then patting the boy on the back as it cries and adults come in to check on them. Throughout the video, the child can be seen waiting until day care workers aren’t looking to launch another attack.

In another instance, the 9-year-old drop kicks a young girl to the floor while a day care worker is standing just a few feet away looking out the window. Minutes later, the boy picks up the girl and kicks her directly in the chest, knocking her to the ground.

A couple of things from this.

1) That boy needs some mental health help... he has serious issues to be beating up on little kids like that.

2) Why were such a wide range of kids in the same room with each other... sounds like a bad idea. 11 month old kids that can't walk shouldn't be in a room with kids that are that much older... they could get hurt just from innocent playing.

3) That dad certainly shouldn't have slapped a kid over this... he was way out of line, even if it was the boy doing the bullying. Now slapping that day care worker or the boys father, I can see it.

Wow. Glad this was caught on video, that poor little kid could have been (and probably was) hurt badly.

Jesus Christ.....

Jamie Williams told FoxNews.com his 1-year-old daughter came home on July 16 with bite marks on both her neck and cheek that were still bleeding, and his 11-month-old son also had bruises on his head.

“They were just crying. They can’t talk, so I can’t get it from them. They couldn’t tell me (what had happened). They was just crying,” Williams said.

Williams says when he went to the Kiddie City Child Care Center to find out what had happened, workers told him they had no idea.

Williams then went into the day care and slapped the boy he thought was responsible. But turns out, it was the wrong boy.

“I wasn’t going up there to do that,” Williams said. “I shouldn’t be hitting no child regardless, but you know, since I did do it, I wish it would’ve been the right one at least.”

Williams is facing a misdemeanor simple assault charge and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Ridiculous that something like goes on and no one sees it. I'd bet money the home he lives it in poo (the parents), and there is obviously something wrong with the little asshole.

And Id love to know what kind of daycare this is. I can see not being able to see everything, but how can something like THIS happen under their watch?

    • Another source: NFL Rumors: Hakeem Butler to Visit Panthers After UFL Success, Wade Phillips' Praise ZACH BACHAR JUNE 10, 2024 The Carolina Panthers are expected to conduct a workout with UFL wide receiver Hakeem Butler, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Butler recorded a league-leading 652 receiving yards as a member of the St. Louis Battlehawks. He was previously a fourth-round draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2019. After the Battlehawks were defeated by the San Antonio Brahmas in the XFL Conference title game, Brahmas head coach and longtime NFL coach Wade Phillips told the receiver that "I'm going to tell everybody in the NFL that I talk to that you need to be playing," via Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk. Despite the loss by St. Louis, Butler still hauled in six receptions for a team-high 59 receiving yards. The 28-year-old was named the 2024 UFL Offensive Player of the Year, as he was one of only two wideouts to have multiple games with at least 100 receiving yards. While the Panthers added Diontae Johnson and first-round rookie Xavier Legette to their wide receiver room in the offseason, they could still use some depth in the form of Butler. Carolina isn't opposed to picking up former UFL players, as Rapoport revealed on Thursday that the team is also "expected" to sign All-UFL receiver Daewood Davis. Although Butler was selected by the Cardinals in the 2019 draft, he did not play as a rookie due to a hand injury and only appeared in two regular-season games as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020. He did not record a catch. Butler signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2023 offseason, although he ultimately didn't make the team's regular-season roster. At 6'5", he has the frame to potentially make an impact in training camp and earn a shot at making Carolina's 53-man roster. If his workout goes well with the Panthers, Butler could give himself another chance to possibly return to the NFL.
    • They have all the rookies. The DC game has Ron though. With the new QB. It is weird.  pantherclaw, Bryce sort of is what he is, and in Madden he makes throws the real Bryce can’t make. Here and there. He ain’t ain’t a top QB in Madden though, lots of picks. aone of them lol was the throw that scares the hell out of me when he throws it, out to the boundary... quack quack.
