Training Camp 7/28 (Day 1) Twitter Updates

Your statistical comprhension is weak. If they both have about the same carries with the exact same YPC, it doesn't matter who is back there. There's no way you can conclude Stewart would have more yards. In fact, they would have about the same amount of yards according to the stats. By the way, Williams had about 80 more yards last season than Stewart. Doesn't mean he's better as total yardage is a piss poor way to evaluate running backs. It could mean he had more long runs as well as more shorter runs to get the same YPC as Stewart as well as more yards (also having about 10 more carries is a factor too).

Your conclusions are off base and inaccurate.

And then you consider receptions and YAC and yards per reception.

Good to hear. Makes the decision to cut him easier. I prefer easy decisions over hard ones.

Keep it up, Armanti.

At 7 p.m., 30 minutes into practice, fans let loose with their first boos of the season. Olindo Mare misses a field goal from 43 yards, hits the right upright. Fans are merciless. It's like October.

There's a crowd and there's a ball and who comes down with it? Armanti Edwards does. Nice work. Edwards is all-Spartanburg, all-South Carolina, all-training camp, always.

Rooting against players on the Panthers is awesome! You're such a cool guy!

Seriously though, you assholes who are hoping for someone to fail are just as obnoxious as Hokebuck with his retarded homerisms.

I don't hope for players to fail at all. In fact, it's quiet the opposite.

I do, however, want the best players on our team. And right now, it seems like there are five-six receivers that are better at the receiver position than Armanti, and there's a punt returner who is better than Armanti. So what does that leave for Edwards? Pilares is the incumbent kick returner, and he's actually pretty good at it.

I really dont feel like going in as I easily could, but if you honestly feel in a 16 game schedule D.Will and J.Stew would have the same amout of yards as full-time starters, more power to ya

And like I said he's better in the passing game as well as blocking
