One of the (many) nice things about working in a small office... only 4 of us right now... 2 bathrooms (we use the ladies since there are none here) so it's generally all good. Keeping the bathroom fans on at all times works wonders.

This is what we do with our 6 man office.

On the Women's room, we peeled off the "wo" so that our bathrooms say "men" and "Men".

I like being one of the capitalized Men, but the old women's room is bigger. Advantage = old women's room.

nothing worse than meandering down to the commode, closing the stall and kicking back with my iphone and national geograpic traveler with twenty minutes to kill, and just as i sit down some weezer pops into the bathroom and lurches into the neighboring stall and starts opening a can of campbell's chunky all over the place, and then i have to pinch it off and leave asap. ruins my fuging day.
