Thank God Cam didn't win the Madden cover.

Then our current situation would all be easily explained and neatly packaged and there would be no intelligent discussion on these boards to be found.

No one would be using logic, or common sense we so easily see in every well written post. Trying to find hope or an answer would be fool's gold to the opinion of all here. Attempting to find a true root cause would be pointless as we would all be justifiably acting like a bunch of superstitious Stonehenge druids pointing to the Madden cover and yelling, "Unclean!!!!!"

At least he didn't win the cover. We can all enjoy the breath of fresh air that is the calm, level-headed, well-thought exchange of ideas concerning our team that we enjoy here today.

Thank God for that.

      The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.

      I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.

      lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
