Rivera Is Worse Than Fox

LOL.

Rivera gives Chud too much say on offense. He runs way too much college poo and bush league gimmicks. There is one of two reasons for that....either he sucks or Cam is not smart enough to grasp and run a legit NFL offense.

After a year and a half, I am not sure which one it is.

His side of the ball couldn't pull out the game. I give the defensive line a ton of credit but the linebackers and the secondary couldn't tackle.

I don't want another Tony Dungy, a defensive coach that sticks around because he hitched his wagon to a QB yet practically never improves the unit that is supposedly his forte.

i'll give rivera till the end of the year but making playoffs is the only way i can justify keeping him at this point i mean seriously..........the punt or going for it i wouldn't have disagree with but you punt the ball, atl starts at the 1 and the first play is a 60 yard bomb..........but not even then you still have a chance to win the game and you play a soft zone allowing atl to run 3 consecutive plays to the sidelines getting in prime field goal position......a pro bowl player jon beason is obviously not 100% and he's still on the field even though kuckely is playing his ass off......and the top the cake 43 nakumura is starting for god knows what reason he made two good plays but after that was scorched repeatedly and has been this whole seasons and were lucky julio stepped out on that one play, all the warning signs and this kid is still starting.

Not convinced the staff is truly getting the best oit of its players. Hurney/Rivera signing a heap reserve safety amd making him starter is as painful a decision I've ever witnessed. Our talent in key areas was outright EXPOSED tonight. Turner RAPED our interior, Fua was neutralized to the point of not even looking like an NFL player today. Lafell with another no show, Rivera sticking his thumb in his ass since the end of the second quarter.

A plethora of terrible poo.

The players won the game. Rivera and his staff should be embarrassed and ashamed. They let THEIR men down.

Rivera absolutely made the right call at the end of the game. We had them backed up on the 1 ducking yard line with less than a minute to go.

Blame Naksmura for a terrible play...not to mention his blown coverage on the first TD....blame Cam for putting the ball in the ground....but Rucera absolutely made the right call.

Now the lady series of the first half, that is a mystery to me. Bad coaching and bad execution.

How can we blame a player for who he is but yet cant blame a coaching staff for not understanding who he its and not adjusting. Could have put a CB or a Martin back there but we chose to keep him back there when we knew ATL had to pass deep. Not rocket science right there.

Rivera was horrible ! You have the game won if you pick up the fuging first down. You have a 6 5" qb that weighs 245 and you can't pick up 1 fucing yard !!! Play to win!!! Don't give it back to Atlanta with 1:40 left so they can win it, knowing our D is suspect. Freaking Atlanta has jones and white going against our little safety !!! WTF Ron !!!!!

What a bunch of freaking crybabies!!!!! RR didn't call the play, RR didn't fumble the ball, RR didn't call the defense, RR has kept starting the totally inept Nakawhata and the rookie also but at least Norman will be a great corner at some point. Hurney and Richardson are to blame for the deficiencies in the secondary not RR or even McDermont but after four games it's clear some changes at starting need to be made and if they don't try something else then they are to blame.

You're right

But if anybody think Rivera is NOT a worse HC than Fox, you're flat out trolling right now

Well I guess you are one of those dorks that didn't want the useless John Fox fired, no sense trying to talk sense into that kind of person. And accusing me of trolling because I think Fox is an idiot is just low, but what one has come to expect of Fox supporters.

2 Questions...

Do you want to wait 9 years for a winning team?

Do you know both were fired before they became winners?

We have bad coaches in a Div full of good coaches. I dont see things panning out well for us in years to come.

    • It was absolutely a catch, and I can’t believe how many folks were stating, before the NFL’s apology, that the overturn was the right call.  The ultimate question in this case is this: can a player complete a catch with only one hand? Of course, we all know the answer to that question, and it is an emphatic “Yes.” T-Mac maintained complete control with one hand (believe it was the right) while the other came off when the ball hit the ground. The ball was in the same position in the one hand (watch T-Mac’s fingers in relation to the NFL shield on the ball) after touching the ground as it was when it first went to the ground. Going back to the question above, if one hand can establish control, then there was no need for the other to stay on the ball, so long as the ball doesn’t move in that one hand that stays on it   It blew my mind that they overturned this in the first place. This should not be a “We got it wrong on the replay because there wasn’t clear and convincing evidence.” This should have been, “That was absolutely a catch.”
    • Sign him up. I am willing to bet he wouldn't finish a game with -2 yards.
    • He is just fuging limited in every way.  On one hand, and nfl player, you would want to bulk them up so long as it doesn’t limit their mobility, elasticity, flexibility, ROM, or dynamicism - as is the concern with bulking up.  But the issue with that is, you would be worried about that when a guy has those traits to begin with.  Bryce is a very average athlete with a weak arm.  So if you’re not gonna be a great athlete with a strong arm, bulk up.  And if you can’t or won’t bulk up, find another fuging profession that doesn’t require athleticism and arm strength.  You’re built like a bitch AND aren’t a great athlete - you can’t be subpar in both categories…  well, unless you play for the Panthers apparently.
