Yeah!! Lets celebrate Smith getting so caught up in showing up a CB he forgot he was suppose to be running a route for his QB.

At least Cam sucked trying to make plays for the team. Steve wasn't even looking to catch balls on several routes he went out on....

We might actually be able to have drives and win games if Steve would worry about running down the field, running his route and get open. All he cares about sometimes is instantly fighting. Cam has to try to find someone else, and nobody is open. Steve could try to help Cam out a lot more than he is. The way Steve is acting he had no right to chew out Cam on the sideline.

He wasn't supposed to be running a route. He was supposed to blocking, which he took to the extreme.

You guys are comical. Now everyone is tired of Smitty and wants him to retire. Yet a few weeks back everyone loved him and he was the fire our offense lacked. Sure he might let his temper get the best of him, but, atleast he gives a damn and doesn't let anyone step all over him. Something this team has failed to let other teams do to them.

By the way, he might of killed some drives, but, he wasn't the one who threw the game winning TD in the dirt.

You all act like smitty cause the loss. Have you heard of an offensive coordinator? quit bleeding out of your vaginas.

He certainly played a role in the O sputtering....

Smitty hasn't played put o his level the past 3 straight weeks....he is hurting the O. That doesn't mean he is the sole reason but 89 should call himself out.

      Wonder if we draft a RB. Seems like a lot of eggs in Brooks’ basket right now.  And the OL, no kidding. If that running game goes to hell with what we have at QB, you can forget competing. It is so much more important than sticking another wideout on the field. Take your wideout later.

      I have lots of different thoughts on it. This argument, the primary thing is I don’t like seeing him or anyone, being convicted on hearsay and/or pure speculation. Which some are doing.  I don’t care That much about defending Morgan as I do about the criticism being fair minded.    You sort of assert that Dan was just a yes man. I don’t think we know if he ever pushed back against Fitterer but I have this instinct thing that needs me to satisfy the question of: if Tepper was so down on a Fitterer as to fire him, why in the world would he hire his carbon copy? I guess maybe he wanted a yes man.Like I said, lots of different thoughts.     I am just not gonna judge him that harshly based only on speculation. I am sticking with what he has done starting when he was hired as GM. Maybe I am more lenient because the first season for him and Canales, I gave both a pass. Said I would judge them after the first year. Stuck to it. If you can get to the reality that neither were ready for the job and say okay give them a year get their feet wet, it looks a lot better.    And we are not bound to Bryce yet. Yes, for yet another fuging year he can probably marginally improve and slide by like he has been doing. But if they add even more people and he regresses? I think we could see some relief.    The QB room? As I understand it, Pickett was Canales’ choice. If we need to blame people for poo. In a sense, he is very Bryce like. So makes a good plug in. I get that a little bit. We still have the draft. If they do better than Jake Plummer or Hooker I’ll know they are trying.
