JR wouldn't put out the money to hire any of those guys. He chose Rivera over Harbough because he was cheaper, much cheaper.

BW? Anywaym you are 100% correct. Which is why JR IS the problem and a bad businessman that doesn understand return on investment. Imagine how many more tickets and Pather gear would have sold if we got Harbaugh and we started WINNING! WINNING= more sales across the board, hire crap and you get crap.

someone young and hungry ... and preferably an offensive wizard

mcdaniels anyone??

We should go vet coach. Like Rams did with Fisher. I get made fun of for saying Herm Edwards but im fully convinced he would be a upgrade over Rivera. I just cant believe our offense os now ranked 24th and defense ranked 25th. We are ranked 24 in the power rankings, that is too generous IMO

You guys do know Rivera will be our HC next season regardless of what happens, right?

Sad but true.

Hurney focuses on drafting in the wrong areas.

Running back and linebacker at the top of the draft.

JR is OK with paying those running backs ridiculous money.

Yet he'll save a couple million retaining a Head Coach who no longer will push this Franchise forward in a postitive direction.

btw, Roman was our first Strength & Conditioning Coach and additionally worked on both the offensive and defensive side of our beloved cats. Helped all facets of the game for us from Capers until Seifert was axed

That could actually happen if in the random case JR fires a guy after his 2nd season

    • I’m old enough to remember when I wanted to draft Njoku We brought back Mitchell and officially kept Tremble. Mitchell Evans isn’t going anywhere. Sanders who knows, he was awful last year I fully agree we need a better TE. This room is awful Njoku would be a massive help in the red zone. However it really seems like Dan and the FO prefer to go young on offense
    • You’re underselling Loveland imo. He’s so damn good. You can line him out wide and count on him to win 1 v 1. I don’t see that from Sadiq. Loveland is going to go over 1000 yards next season I’m not overly asking for a WR3. It’s just one of the few directions Morgan could go in round 1.  Let’s say Thieneman, Fano and Cooper are all on the board it’s a tough decision. I just don’t see how this team would take Sadiq over some of those guys given the way they run their offense. Our tight end room is easily bottom of the league so I can definitely see why someone would want a tight end though. At one point during the season I was on the Sadiq train as well. I just don’t think value wise for us specifically it makes sense given our team as a whole As far as tight ends go in this draft I really like Max Klare. Very smooth mover
    • Some of you need some serious help with the way 9 lives rent free in your heads I know for a fact, Dan loves Bryce. Bryce is his guy. This offense is very young and they’re asking Bryce to do a lot. With Idzik taking over playcalling duties it’s a move that is another step in the process of Bryce taking control of the offense. 24 years old. This youth movement on offense and putting more on 9’s shoulders is going to pay off in the long run
