should 8-8 be our team goal this year.

This season has been a disaster to say the least but we continue the trend from last year not finishing games. seattle,Dallas,Tampa, and Atlanta were all games that could have went our way but the meltdowns at the end of games. I hold the coaches responsible for those results. I really don't believe this team is worthy of being put in the same sentence as the Browns. We will bounce back after we get a new coach. Lets fire rivera after this game and have chud step up as the interim until the season is done and we get a new GM and if we go below 8-8 fire chud.

Nope 3-13 or 2-14 so we can land the top 2 pick and land a blockbuster trade so our new GM can start on the fast track of rebuilding. Either give me playoffs or a top 2 pick. Nomore of this 7-9/8-8 or 6-10 non sense, miss the playoffs AND fug our draft position.

If we had the 1st overall pick again next year who would you get...who would be the biggest impact player.

its sucks but we all know thats impossible 11-5... I really wish they could turn around the season but this is not a disney movie.

a disney movie is landing some blockbuster trade for 1000 picks in hopes of picking a bunch of ultra mega players in hopes of winning in the future.

win now.

problem solved.

any player or coach hoping for a high draft pick needs to be let go. that's the loser mentality that has plagued the organization for too damn long.

I totally agree with you the front office do have a loser mentality. Someone need to Bain Capital this organization and gut the extra fat thats slowing this team down..

I'm not 100% sold we WILL win today... but, I believe we CAN win today.

that said... win today... best Defense in the league... higher moral... a lil more hope... get some confidence.

2-14 would have a complete team of "who gives a fug" at the end of the season with no motivation to give a fug in the future... no matter the draft picks.

But maybe that's just me.

    • The #Panthers explored the possibility of adding Jaire Alexander, but there was never an offer made, a league source told @theobserver.   https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/1935436577649401872?s=46
    • Yes I agree, the future RT could easily be christ. When he shocking re-signed here for the cheap, he said part of the reason was the OL coaching staff.  I've already thought too much about 2026. The RT has all the options, including resigning Motown. I was never a big fan, but he's solid and peptides and stem cells can fix a gippy knee. If he makes it though this year and wants to return, why not for 2 years 16 million?? Or like you said give the job to Christ or draft your RT...... that I feel is the best current method. With both OGs in the 20 million per cap range and Icky......ooooooooooo boy he could be the first 30 million per OLmen in NFL history. That's a huge portion of cap space for the OL, which I agree with, but in order to offset those 20 and 30 million deals... you need cheap rookie contracts. (unless Motown would take a huge pay cut and whoever the C will be).  This is the deepest OL I can recall in Panthers history.  I believe Morgan should try and trade either Kingston or Zavala.  I didn't even talk about Yosh, Tarquin, or Walton. Yosh is same age as christ and why not him as RT after good swing tackle years? Tarquin is a UDFA on the prayer program, 150,000 in guarantees and why not him in 2026? Walton seems to be a OL coach favorite, he followed the Tampa Bay staff here after 2 years there and add in one year here, he's stuck around for some reason. I think they need to spend very light on RT and Panthers have lots of options, I love it.
    • That better not be the case. They need to be ready week 1. The easiest part if their schedule is the first few fames
