Changes needed on offense

This is my take on what I think should be changed on offense. Number 1, lets get Greg involved more. I remember Rivera saying that Greg could put up graham type numbers. How about make a lot of the offense through him then?

Quicker/shorter routes maybe? Some of the plays take way too long to develop. I watch how the Patriots let Brady dink and dunk then hit the homerun play when available. This for one chews up the clock and keeps the QB in rhythm.

Run the ball. This is a QB best friend. I don't think we have one rusher with over 100 yards in a game yet. We need to get our backfield more reps to take the pressure off our QB.

Also as a side note, I would like I see more interaction on the sideline from all players and coaches. I'm only watching from home so I don't see the whole picture but I never see the players talking and going over the game. Where are the coaches showing cam photos of the defense or the linemen getting together. Maybe zod, you can tell more of what's going on but on camera it looks very weird. I'm not an expert but just a fan who loves Carolina football so take what I say with a grain of salt. Sorry if the text format came out weird, I'm doing this post from my iPhone. Thanks

You can't pay 2 RBs a combined $14M a year and get that kind of crap production out of them. Combined if they are not getting at least 100 yards and 4 yards a carry they are not doing their jobs.

Right now they are getting 50 yards a game with a combined 3.6 a carry pathetic.

And why Deangelo williams gets elite money i have no idea. He does little to help the team win.

The whole scheme needs a make over and it needs to complement our personnel. Right now it's not...we are stuck in shotgun deep mode when we should be run first , play action...intermediate. Not going for the 20+yd pass every play

      Reasonable. I mean I didn’t see a clear path to relief this season myself. As I have typed already, I think the QB FA class is more interesting next season and that draft is supposed to be stacked as well. There just weren’t many options this year.  When you have Tepper to contend with you have to tread lightly around this unless you are 100% certain and willIng to stake your job on it.   There were a couple of outings that helped Bryce a lot in terms of  thinking maybe he can do this, and if you are a supporter you are giving them a lot of weight. You are likely to think just get him some more help and he can do that every week. Which I think Tepper falls into that category.  And the playoffs, division champs, regardless of the way I see that, the supporters will also give that a lot of weight.    And the big one, the atmosphere In BOA for that WC game, Tepper had to be soiling himself over that. If you pulled Bryce out right now you had better be right and your new guy had better make the playoffs and look good doing it or you will be gone and your chance to build your old team back into respectability will be gone too.  So here we have Pickett on a one year deal, and Grier and King. I understand it.
