Offseason leadership training and other intangibles. Leadership, work ethic, teamwork, etc.

Laugh all you want, there is a reason fortune 500 companies invest heavily in these.

Agreed 100%. This whole organization needs an injection of leadership from top to bottom. I am a full on Cameron Newton supporter and it took me until week 10 to get disgusted with the way he presents himself. I'm sorry and I know hating on Cam is a bandwagon. I'm not jumping on it, but something has to be done with the mental strength of the team. That is what causes you to crumble in the final drives of a ball game. We don't have mental toughness or leadership ANYWHERE on the team, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

LEADERSHIP COURSES ALL THE WAY!

Have Cam go to one the military bases nearby for leadership/training program?

Convince JR that players with off the field issues are sometimes worth it.

I like this one. A guy I know we will discuss heavily during the draft is Da'Rick Rodgers. The dude has absolute super star potential and could be our #1 receiver for a decade. The only knock is that he is immature, all about himself, and transferred schools.

This is something very minor, but Bucs players were signing autographs before the Tampa game.

Can't recall seeing and Panthers players doing that. But if you want to start filling the stadium up a little sooner, maybe do that?

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
