  1. 1. Who's the better Wide Receiver? (assuming healthy)

the last two years gettis has been nothing but an idea. meanwhile lafell has been doing work. he ain't great, but he does his job and does it well enough.

until we can see gettis actually play again, he's just another keary colbert type aberration.

Lafell because he actually plays. This is dumb.

Assuming both are healthy?

Lafell because he actually plays.

David Gettis' rookie stat with Matt Moore, Jimmy Clausen, Brian St. Pierre, and Tony Pike at Quarterback play:

37 rec, 508 yds, 3 tds

Lafail's stat with Cam Newton:

2011: 36 rec, 613 yds, 3 tds

2012: 44 rec, 677 yds, 4 tds

How similar

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
