Need Some Help

So I've been wanting to buy an older sports car and I settled on a car I used to have, a 1993 Mustang 5.0 LX Convertible. This is going to be a play car to soup up and the first thing I'm going to do is have it repainted. I'd like to have some sort of Panthers theme painted on it, other than just a Panthers logo on the hood or something. Would be cool if you artsy farsty types could throw me out some ideas that cover the hood, front panels, sides, etc. Winner gets a chicken dinner. The pic below is very close to what I'm buying:

Well it's not old, but older. I like the less complicated engine to work on, something I don't need to drive to work, and can do a lot of performance upgrades on. I would mind a 60's fastback, but I'd rather have some more recent technology. I just had a 93 Stang when I was in my late teens/early 20's.

The reminded me of a thread I read last month. Check out the Cowboys car and Saints car. Doing any type of airbrushed murial would be a mistake and looks ugly, so stick to something like solid black with blue lines with grey edges. The cowboys car patter works, just change colors to panther colors and add panther logos. Doing the logos in airbrush is not bad, I just hate the big murial type on cars.

Very nice looking fox body. What upgrades are you going to do? I have a 98 black Mustang and I considered Carolina blue racing strips. I decided the flowmaster exhaust was already enough of a cop magnet. If you go with a blue car this goes well with it.

My wife's car is a grabber blue 2010 GT convertible and she has this in the back window. It looks great. Grabber blue is close to Carolina blue. The down side/up side to that shade of blue is that everyone will see you.

    • Why not? Dude was tough as nails. Came off the field after a vicious hit and showed the coach how his ring finger was knocked out of socket halfway up. You could see the shock on Fox's face. Brad just  pulled  on the finger, grimaced, got it back in alignment and went back in for the next play and blew up an opposing linebacker or two. Dude is legendary.
    • Motown let on like he'd like to play at least another 5 years in his presser. I fell he was truthful and us fans over did his knee. The guy started like 108 starts in a row and only missed like 2 games over each of the past years.  I think as long as the team agrees with his value that Motown has, he will sign another contract extension to push the void years into the 2030s.  OLmen can play at high levels up til 40. Trent williams is doing it, Richie Incognito leftd and came back to play until he hit 38. Lane Johnson is still playing at a top level while 38. You member Greg Van Roten, he's somehow still playing at 36 and he started here after being a substitute teacher years before. If you are able to get over the 32 year bump, its possible to reach 38 with luck. Colleges do a poor job of preparing new OLmen, many times that vet is better.   Rams were begging Andrew Whitworth to come back while he was 39, if you got the genes, luck and still willing to put in the hard work....it is possible to play until 38 as a OLmen*starting level*
    • Shaq was a fantastic LB, he just happened to have been standing in the shadow of a Panthers great and a Hall of Famer. He was team-lead starter quality for all 32 teams of the NFL. Don't throw shade on him, he was never just a guy.
